I really appreciate being upgraded from a single room to a double room. The room and bathroom are very clean, and the bed is quite comfortable—I slept well. The location is excellent, as the hotel is right in the city center. The Gaya Night Market on weekends is just a short distance away.

Modern looking with plenty of storage hanging room. Kettle and complimentary coffee and tea provided. Room with a single bed was the perfect size for a solo traveler. Good quality bed linen and comfortable bed.

The location is great to walk to most places and the staff were just amazing. The room was really clean and we were offered housekeeping every day. It was a great value hotel.

Stayed for a few separate nights over a week. Place has 24h reception, very friendly and helpful staff who were very responsive. Room was pretty clean, and the family superior room was spacious. Lobby and corridor may feel stuffy but ventilation in room is okay once aircon is switched on.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Really comfortable bed. Had my first decent night's sleep in a while. Air con was really efficient. I see hot water issues mentioned on reviews before. There are stickers showing which way is hot and cold. It takes about 3 minutes to get to temperature but in this hot weather I was glad of a cooler shower. Definitely recommend this place. There is also a small shop around the corner that sold the most delicious cold fresh fruit in bags for 1.5 myr. The Papaya was perfect.

I didn't do much in Kota Kinabalu as it was just there one night, so I can not speak to location. My room was remodeled, very clean and comfortable and staff was very nice! The AC and Wifi worked well too. I would stay here again

A first-class budget hotel. Clean and comfortable at a reasonable price with a truly impressive attitude from the staff. They will go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. If I return to Kota Kinabalu, I will stay here.

Strategic location at the city center of Kota Kinabalu. There’s lot of restaurant around. Easy to find halal foods around if you are muslim travelers.
